About Me
I spent the majority of my work-life in university and non-profit/public service settings. However, ten years ago I pulled the plug. I harnessed my experience, creativity and leadership to start a coaching and consulting practice.
Today I coach others to find clear direction, balance, and abundance in meaningful careers and joyful living. I work internationally across sectors to develop leaders and their teams through collaborative and creative processes that result in momentum, measurable outcomes and action plans. We build in fun and creativity, while keeping a steady focus on improving group dynamics, collaboration, and getting results.
With support from my coach, and an achievable plan, I now live, work and play with people, and in spaces and places that are inspiring and energizing. Namely, my hometown of Chicago, our log cabin in Galena IL, and across multiple continents.
