WHY COACHING?

My goal is to develop managers and leaders to grow creatively and strategically.  However, many leaders in organizations lack access to the kind of honest feedback that heightens self-awareness and that gets them to the next level.  

Whether you are an experienced executive, stepping into a new role, or wanting to grow in your leadership ability, coaching provides focus and structure for taking on new or challenging initiatives, projects, or plans.  As your coach, I help you to see around corners, while maintaining a steady focus on your objectives and best interests.

Group Coaching

WHY GROUP?

Group coaching is a catalyst for sustained improvement and personal growth. Group coaching topics and coaching conversations center on developing leadership skills and competencies most important for leading in alignment with organizational values, vision and direction. Leaders explore topics that support their individual growth as leaders and build valuable connections that can lead to increased collaboration, creative problem-solving and innovation. Each group coaching member develops an individual leadership action plan and development goals with associated measures of success.
